Love is In The Air w/ Honey Bee Stamps

Hello all of my crafty peeps! I am absolutely swooning over this new stamp set released by Honey Bee Stamps! The possibilities are endless and I think I can use this one in every season which is a win win for me. I have several cards to share today, and would love to know which one is your favorite.

Card #1: Sending paper hugs

I started with a piece of Neenah cardstock cut 5 1/2 x 8 1/2. Score at 2 1/8 on each end. Next, I cut some gingham patterned paper 2 1/4 x 5 1/4, and adhered them to each gate side of the card side.

Next, I used my Copic markers and colored my stamped images from the Love is in the Air stamp set from Honey Bee Stamps. I have included a coloring video at the bottom of this video for your reference.

Once the images were colored, I ran them through my die cutting machine and arranged them accordingly. The belly band is a piece of 1 inch vellum wrapped around the card base. I used my tape runner to adhere the bouquet in the spot where the vellum connected at the belly band.

For the sentiment I heat embossed "Sending Paper Hugs" on black cardstock and ran it through my die cut. The sentiment came from the Inside Kindness from Honey Bee Stamps. The sentiments in this stamp set are wonderful, and I have used a different one on each card today.

Card #2: I love you today and all other days

This card features a front panel measuring 3 3/4 x 5 with a scene stamped using the Love is in the Air Stamp Set. I masked the scene stamping the flowers in the lower corner first, and the bird house last.

I colored the scene with my Copic markers, and adhered the front panel to the card base using foam tape to add dimension. I heat embossed the sentiment on black card stock using white embossing folder.

Copic Colors:

Bird Feathers: E18, E15, E11

0Bird Body: E02, E00

Flowers: R89, R08, R05

Bird House: B26, B24, B21

Branches: G28, G07, G21, E79, E25

Card #3: Just a card to say you're amazing

For the final card today, I used a piece of watercolor paper cut 4 x 5 1/4 and stamped a scene using masking paper (starting with the flowers, and ending with the birdhouse). Next, I grabbed my watercolors and laid some color down. Once the panel was completely painted, I heat embossed the sentiment using white embossing powder and black card stock. The card panel was adhered to the card panel using foam tape.
